Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is an Indian financial institution providing a broad spectrum of banking and financial solutions. Its operations are structured into three main divisions: Treasury, Retail Banking, and Corporate/Wholesale Banking. The bank facilitates various deposit accounts, including current, savings, salary, and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) accounts, in addition to several fixed deposit options like recurring, TASC fixed, and tax-saving fixed deposits. The institution offers a diverse portfolio of credit products. These include group-based financing such as business, family, agriculture and allied, education, GL top-up, emergency, and loyalty loans. Individual borrowers can access financing for business, livestock, agriculture, and market activities, as well as home improvement and open market livestock/home improvement loans. Further lending avenues encompass housing, vehicle, and gold-backed loans. For micro and small enterprises, Ujjivan provides specialized loans against property, secured enterprise and business loans, overdrafts against property, business edge term loans, business edge overdrafts, loans against rent receivables, and the emergency credit line guarantee scheme, alongside personal and financial institutions group loans. Beyond traditional banking, the bank extends digital services like mobile, phone, internet, SMS, and missed call banking, and provides debit and credit cards. It also serves customers with a broad selection of insurance products, covering credit life, endowment, term, PAR, POS, ULIP, motor, property, home content, health, and personal accident coverage. Furthermore, Ujjivan engages in retail foreign exchange and trade activities. As of March 31, 2022, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank maintained a physical presence of 575 banking branches and operated 492 automated teller machines (ATMs), 54 of which were automated cash recyclers (ACRs). Established in 2016, the bank's main office is located in Bengaluru, India. It functions as a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Limited.
