Beyond equipment, the company furnishes general construction services, alongside logistical support, engineering expertise, on-site assistance, assembly, and repair capabilities. Through its building materials segment, it supplies various construction components, foundational raw materials, and concrete accessories. Established in 1961, the firm, initially named BAUMA S.A. before rebranding in November 2006, maintains its headquarters in Brwinów, Poland, and functions as a subsidiary of ULMA C y E, S. Coop.
