WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), previously known as Hemaraj Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, is an investment vehicle based in Thailand. Its primary objective is to channel capital raised from its offerings into property leasehold rights and various movable assets, aiming to generate benefits from these acquired holdings. The Trust further expands its portfolio through additional investments in leasehold assets, which specifically include leased land parcels housing factories and warehouse buildings.
