The Brazilian exchange operator will pay shareholders on 7 October 2026.
Brazilian exchange operator B3 approved the payment of BRL 1.128 billion in interest on equity on Thursday, 17 September. The total payout combines both regular and extraordinary distributions.
Shareholders will receive the payment on 7 October 2026. The total sum corresponds to an estimated gross amount of BRL 0.22650738 per share. After the withholding of 17.5% income tax, the estimated net payout will be BRL 0.18686859 per share, except for investors subject to different tax rules or exempt from withholding.
Investors holding shares at the end of trading on 22 September will be eligible to receive the distribution. The stock will trade ex-rights beginning on 23 September.
From the approved total, BRL 378 million represents regular interest on equity, or a gross BRL 0.07590407 per share. The remaining BRL 750 million will be paid as extraordinary distributions from unused balances from prior fiscal years, equal to a gross BRL 0.15060331 per share. The per-share figures are estimates and may change based on treasury stock transactions related to share compensation plans or share buyback programs. The proceeds will be credited toward mandatory dividends for fiscal year 2026.
