Five corporate debt issues closed under the simplified rules launched in March.
Brazil's exchange operator B3 announced on 16 September that its Regime Fácil framework reached BRL 161 million in corporate funding during its first six months. The program began on 16 March to broaden capital market access for companies with annual revenue of up to BRL 500 million.
Over this initial period, the model registered five debt offerings under the simplified rules. The transactions consisted of four commercial note issues and one debenture offering. Issuers represented the technology, out-of-home media, hotel management, cosmetics, and logistics sectors.
Heitor Gomes, superintendent of public offerings at B3, stated that the results confirm solid demand for fundraising alternatives suited to different company profiles. Gomes highlighted that the framework connects diverse businesses to investors while offering faster execution and lower costs for both debt and equity transactions.
To help prospective issuers prepare, B3 published a practical guide explaining the rules, available offer structures, and listing procedures.
