Banrisul Proposes 90 Million Reais Shareholder Payout

Banrisul proposed on 8 September 2026 to distribute 90 million reais in interest on equity for the third quarter of 2026. The executive board approved the proposal and submitted it to the board of directors for a final decision. The fiscal council will also be notified.

If approved, the distribution will raise the total interest on equity paid by Banrisul during the first nine months of 2026 to 270 million reais.

The bank stated that the payout can be fully deducted for tax purposes. The amount will be credited toward mandatory dividends and extraordinary dividends approved for this year.

The meeting minutes did not specify the per-share value, the record date, or the payment schedule. Banrisul plans to announce these details after the board of directors reaches a decision.
