Bravo Mining appoints KPMG Brazil as its new auditor
The change took effect September 30 to align audit work with Brazilian operations.
Bravo Mining Corp. appointed KPMG Auditores Independentes Ltda. as its independent auditor effective September 30, 2026. The company's audit committee and board of directors approved the selection to better align audit and other services with its operating activities.
The appointment followed the resignation of KPMG LLP, based in Canada, which took effect September 22, 2026, at the company's request. Bravo delivered a formal notice of change of auditor to both entities, and both firms provided letters confirming their agreement with the disclosure.
Bravo operates as a Canadian and Brazil-based exploration company focused on the Luanga palladium, platinum, nickel, and copper-gold project in the Carajás Mineral Province in Pará State, Brazil. As part of its environmental work in the area, the company has planted more than 56,000 high-value trees.
