Freeport declares a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share

The Board of Directors of Freeport declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock on September 23, 2026. The distribution will be paid on November 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 15, 2026.
