The marketing head prepares to exit following leadership changes at the top of the company.
Natura &Co is seeing changes in its executive leadership. Tatiana Ponce, vice president of brand, marketing, and innovation, announced she is leaving the company, according to reports by columnist Josette Goulart and Brazilian financial newspaper Valor Econômico.
Ponce joined Natura's marketing and research leadership in January 2023, concluding an executive tenure of nearly 3 years that is expected to end in October 2026. Prior to her time at the Brazilian cosmetics maker, she spent 11 years in leadership roles at Beiersdorf.
Her planned departure follows a broader transition at the company, where CEO João Paulo Ferreira is stepping down after leading the business for 10 years from 2016 to 2026. Natura has named Alessandro Carlucci as its new CEO and Fábio Barbosa has returned to lead the board, while a successor for Ponce's marketing role has not yet been named.
