PNC declares quarterly dividend of $2.00 per share

The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.00 per share on its common stock on October 2, 2026.

The common dividend is payable on November 5, 2026. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 14, 2026, will receive the payment.

The board of directors also declared cash dividends across several series of preferred stocks. Those preferred issues, with the exception of Series B and Series X, are each represented by 100 depositary shares. PNC noted that if any payment date falls on a non-business day, the distribution will be paid on the next business day.
