Between October 5 and October 7, 2026, YPF Sociedad Anónima repurchased a portion of its Class XXVII notes with a par value of $14.85 million. The company disclosed the transaction in a letter dated October 8, 2026, sent to Argentine securities regulators and exchanges. YPF carried out the purchase at an average price of 99.98% of nominal value, slightly below par, and will hold the securities in its portfolio.

The Class XXVII notes were originally issued in October 2023 with a nominal value of $127.90 million. They mature in October 2026, meaning this buyback trims the outstanding principal as the bonds enter their final months.

In the equity market, the most recent analyst rating on YPF shares is a Buy with a $66.00 price target.
