In addition, it offers community value-added services, including home-living and space operation, as well as decoration, turnkey, and move-in furnishing services. Further, the company provides commercial operation and management services consisting of commercial property management services; carpark management and operational services; and advertising space leasing and common area leasing services. It also offers market positioning consultancy; tenant sourcing services; interior decoration services; and agency and contract consulting services. The company was formerly known as Yuexiu Property Management Holding Limited and changed its name to Yuexiu Services Group Limited in January 2021. Yuexiu Services Group Limited was founded in 1992 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
