Holders of common and investment shares will receive PEN 0.37326141 per unit.
The board of Peruvian consumer goods company Alicorp agreed to distribute PEN 215 million in dividends drawn from earnings earned in 2019. The payout details were filed with the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) and cover both common and investment shares.
According to the SMV filing, the dividend is PEN 0.37326141 per share for both ALICORC1 common shares and ALICORI1 investment shares. The payout applies to 568,625,692 common shares and 7,378,132 investment shares.
The distribution draws entirely from retained results of a previous year rather than profits generated during 2026. The official registry at the SMV lists an ex-dividend record date of April 23, 2026, and a payment date of May 20, 2026, for the PEN 215 million payout.
Alicorp's dividend policy mandates at least one yearly distribution of no less than 10% of annual profits, while permitting additional payouts. In 2025, the company paid PEN 218,752,522 from 2018 earnings, followed by a separate December 2025 distribution of PEN 202,282,693, or PEN 0.35 per share.
