The first series matures on March 14, 2031, while the second series matures on September 14, 2033. The third series comes due on September 12, 2036, and the fourth series matures on September 14, 2056.
BRF stated that the transaction aligns with its strategy to lengthen its local-currency debt profile and optimize the maturity-cost balance of its debt instruments.
