Delivery now reaches nearly 600 warehouses alongside in-app membership sales
On 16 September 2026, Costco Wholesale announced the nationwide expansion of its delivery partnership with Uber Eats. The service is growing from 17 states to 47 US states, making delivery available from nearly 600 Costco warehouse clubs.
Shoppers can now order Costco's complete assortment through the Uber Eats app. Costco members must verify their membership before completing a purchase. In addition, some members will receive discounts on Uber One subscriptions, and customers will be able to purchase Costco memberships directly inside the Uber Eats platform.
The tie-up gives Costco a broader channel to reach consumers who want groceries and household essentials delivered to their doorstep. The retailer faces growing delivery competition from rivals including Walmart, Amazon, Instacart, and DoorDash as it seeks to attract younger shoppers without eroding its core membership model.
