Cresud announced that it will pay the first interest installment on its Series L fixed-rate notes on September 10, 2026. The disbursement totals USD 3,830,466.12 and covers the period from December 10, 2025 to September 10, 2026.
The Series L notes carry an outstanding principal of USD 70,381,079 and mature in 2029 with an annual nominal rate of 7.25%. Cresud originally issued the debt on December 10, 2025. Payment will be made in U.S. dollars through Caja de Valores S.A. to investors registered as noteholders on September 9, 2026.
The Buenos Aires-based diversified holding operates across agricultural production, real estate, and financial activities. Cresud uses dollar-denominated debt in capital markets to fund long-term investments across property and agribusiness projects.
