Falabella has revamped its customer loyalty program, transitioning from its traditional CMR Puntos scheme to a new format named Fpuntos. The announcement was reported by Chilean newspaper La Tercera on September 30, 2026.

Andrea González, corporate loyalty manager at Grupo Falabella, explained that the transition goes beyond a simple name change. The updated rewards system incorporates new benefits and functional improvements in how members redeem and use points.

The loyalty program currently includes 12 million participants in Chile alone, representing a substantial base across the group's retail and financial services ecosystem.
