Ford launches hybrid Territory Platinum SUV in Colombia
The new hybrid SUV begins presales at COP 175,990,000 following strong regional sales momentum.
Ford Motor Company confirmed the launch and official specifications of the new Territory Platinum FHEV in Colombia on September 24, 2026. The self-charging hybrid SUV arrived with an introductory presale price of COP 175,990,000. In Peru, the same hybrid model lists with a starting price of 36,990 dollars.
The powertrain combines a 1.5-liter EcoBoost combustion engine with an electric motor powered by a 1.8 kWh self-charging lithium-ion battery. Together, the setup produces 240 horsepower and 545 Nm of combined torque. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,685 millimeters in total exterior length, offering 448 liters of trunk cargo volume and a fuel tank capacity of 60 liters.
The introduction follows steady sales traction for the Territory nameplate in Colombia, where cumulative sales reached 3,000 units during its first ten months on the market through September 2026. In August 2026 alone, monthly registrations for the model totaled 589 units, helping drive Ford brand registrations in Colombia up 61.3% compared with the same month a year earlier.
