Shareholders will receive 0.200000 Mexican pesos per share on September 30, 2026.
Genomma Lab Internacional announced it will pay 200 million Mexican pesos in dividends to its shareholders on September 30, 2026. According to a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange, investors will receive 0.200000 Mexican pesos for each outstanding share in proportion to their holding. This marks the company's seventeenth dividend distribution and follows approval at the annual shareholders meeting on April 24, 2025. The company stated that it intends to continue quarterly dividend payments.
The distribution follows the announcement that company founder and board chairman Rodrigo Herrera Aspra will take over as interim CEO on January 1, 2027. Herrera Aspra will serve for a term of 12 to 18 months to roll out a new artificial intelligence operating model. Current head Juan Marco Sparvieri will lead the business through the third quarter and remain involved in the leadership transition until December 31, 2026. The board is searching for a permanent CEO to succeed Herrera.
The management changes and capital return come amid persistent operational pressure. Genomma Lab recently reported a 6% annual decline in sales, falling from 4,676 million Mexican pesos to 4,397 million Mexican pesos, marking four consecutive quarters of declining revenue. Margins for the maker of Suerox have also tightened despite cost-cutting measures. At the close of trading on September 22, 2026, Genomma Lab shares stood at 12.510 Mexican pesos, down 30.07% year to date.
