On 16 September 2026, TCI Entertainment announced the signing of a Master Services Agreement with Globant. The contract establishes a formal development framework to advance TCI's proprietary interactive commerce platform toward commercialisation.
TCI develops technology designed to integrate commerce into video games, virtual environments, and interactive digital media. The company holds issued US patents covering core aspects of its platform and worked alongside law firm Greenberg Traurig to protect its trade secrets and existing intellectual property under the agreement.
Harry McMillan, president of TCI Entertainment, stated that the alliance provides an important foundation for the next stage of TCI's platform development by leveraging Globant's technical capabilities in software engineering and artificial intelligence.
Globant reported approximately $2.5 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue as of the second quarter of 2026. The IT and digital transformation company employs more than 27,400 people across over 30 countries.
