Requests stayed well below the 5.0% cap as peers faced withdrawals between 10% and 16%.
Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp. reported that investors asked to redeem 2.0% of its fund stock during its third-quarter tender offer. The figure keeps withdrawal requests below the fund's standard quarterly repurchase cap of 5.0%.
The $18.2 billion fund also attracted $400 million in gross capital inflows during the third quarter of 2026. The 2.0% redemption rate marks a continued decline from earlier in the year, when repurchase requests stood at 4.999% in the first quarter and 3.24% in the second quarter.
The results stand in contrast to broader industry pressures across peer non-traded credit funds, where redemption requests ranged from 10% to 16% in the third quarter according to Fitch Ratings.
From its inception through August 31, 2026, the fund's Class I shares recorded an annualized total return of 9.4%.
