Three abstracts on the cancer therapy will feature at the congress in Madrid.
Moderna announced on September 21, 2026, that three abstracts on intismeran autogene have been accepted for presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026. The medical meeting will take place from October 23 to October 27 in Madrid, Spain.
Intismeran autogene is an investigational mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy developed jointly by Moderna and Merck, which operates as MSD outside the United States and Canada.
The Phase 3 INTerpath-001 study, evaluating intismeran autogene with pembrolizumab against pembrolizumab alone in resected stage IIB-IV melanoma, was selected for a Presidential Symposium on Saturday, October 24. Georgina V. Long will present the late-breaking data.
Moderna will also present Phase 1 results in resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma on October 25 and outline the Phase 3 INTerpath-014 study in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer on October 26. The company will host an investor webcast on October 24.
