The firm and its employees committed 24% of the capital for the oversubscribed vehicle.
On 16 September 2026, Morgan Stanley Investment Management announced the final close of its inaugural North Haven Growth & Innovation Fund. The vehicle was oversubscribed and reached $1.3 billion in total capital commitments. Morgan Stanley, its affiliates and its employees collectively provided 24% of the capital.
The vehicle is part of the division's $280 billion Alternatives platform. It invests in private companies that operate in large addressable markets and benefit from sustained technological innovation, delivering flexible capital through primary and secondary transactions alongside company-led liquidity solutions. The fund's investments to date include Databricks, Anduril and Ramp.
The fund draws on capabilities across the firm's Investment Management, Institutional Securities and Wealth Management divisions. As of 30 June 2026, Morgan Stanley Investment Management had more than 1,300 investment professionals globally and $2 trillion in assets under management or supervision.
