The group expects the transaction to generate R$ 146 million in cash for the third quarter of 2026.
MRV&Co advanced the sale of three real estate assets from its residential rental unit Luggo for R$ 166 million. The group reported on Thursday, September 24, 2026, that it registered the public offering for the first issue of shares of the Maua Capital Luggo Real Estate Investment Fund with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
The transaction had been announced in July 2026, when MRV signed a memorandum of understanding with JiveMaua Real Estate. The three properties will form the portfolio of the new real estate investment fund, which will be managed by JiveMaua.
According to MRV, the operation will contribute R$ 146 million in cash generation for its third-quarter 2026 results. The sale remains subject to the signing of definitive agreements and the fulfillment of conditions precedent set out in the memorandum of understanding.
The company stated that the deal aligns with its strategy to generate cash and simplify operations, while closing out the cycle of Luggo's older project pipeline.
