Natura &Co announced that climate change risks affecting Amazonian bioingredients expose BRL 584.2 million in sales. The amount represents 2.63% of the company's consolidated net revenue for 2025, which reached BRL 22.2 billion.

The findings were published in the company's inaugural climate disclosure report aligned with IFRS S1 and S2 standards. Natura evaluated 27 Amazonian bioingredients and classified 3 of them as highly vulnerable to climate shifts. The group spends BRL 21 million annually on risk mitigation and supply chain resilience for sociobiodiversity inputs.

Beyond regional ingredients, agricultural commodities account for 24% of Natura's cost of goods sold. The company spends BRL 1.7 billion each year to procure agricultural inputs, alongside BRL 8.6 million in dedicated climate mitigation projects for those supplies.

The report also assessed operational facilities and supply lines. Potential short-term losses from logistical and regulatory disruptions range between BRL 59 million and BRL 77 million. In addition, 5 corporate facilities, representing 42% of the total, are categorized as highly exposed to climate risks. Natura posted net income from continuing operations of BRL 463 million in 2025.
