The cosmetics group enters northern Peru at Mallplaza Piura and adds two locations in Lima.
Natura opened three new stores in Peru, bringing its physical retail footprint in the country to 16 locations. The expansion includes the company's first store in northern Peru, located at Mallplaza Piura, making Piura the third city outside Lima with a physical presence for the brand after Arequipa and Huancayo.
The other two openings were established in Lima at Mallplaza Comas and Real Plaza Primavera. According to the company, foot traffic at Real Plaza Primavera grew 14.8% during January 2026.
The openings are part of a strategy to complement Natura's direct sales model. The retail stores feature testing areas and consumer initiatives such as EcoTrueque, which promotes the collection and recycling of cosmetic packaging.
Sandra Cardona, retail manager of Natura for the Andean Market, stated that the three new stores aim to strengthen direct sales by offering spaces for personalized advice and product discovery across perfumery, body care, facial care, and makeup.
