PNC Launches Workplace Advantage Program for Employers

PNC Bank launched PNC Workplace Advantage, a new workplace banking program designed to expand benefit offerings for employers with 100 or more workers. The program forms part of PNC Financial Wellness Solutions.

The service provides banking rewards, financial education, and guidance through virtual or onsite access to dedicated specialists. Employees who open an eligible checking account and set up a qualifying direct deposit receive an invitation to enroll in PNC TotalRewards Silver Tier, a status usually reserved for clients who hold $25,000 or more in deposits and investments.

PNC Workplace Advantage integrates alongside existing offerings such as PNC EarnedIt, education benefits, retirement services, and PNC BeneFit Plus Health Savings and other Benefit Spending Accounts. PNC also plans to release its annual Financial Wellness in the Workplace Report later this month.
