Rede D'Or buys real estate for hospital in Jundiaí

On 17 September 2026, hospital operator Rede D'Or and Bradsaúde informed the market of the acquisition of real estate assets in Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo state. The transaction was conducted through their joint venture, Atlântica D'Or, which is indirectly controlled by Bradsaúde via Atlântica.

The acquired properties will be used for the construction and future operation of a hospital in the city. Rede D'Or will manage the facility. The companies described the deal as an organic growth initiative. Atlântica D'Or will maintain its ownership structure, with 50.01% held by Rede D'Or and 49.99% by Atlântica. Bradsaúde noted that the transaction aligns with Atlântica's strategy to invest across the healthcare value chain through partnerships with leading operators.

In the second quarter of 2026, Rede D'Or posted an adjusted net income of R$ 1.3 billion, an increase of 8.5% compared to the prior-year period. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization reached R$ 2.9 billion, climbing 18.2% year on year. Consolidated net revenue stood at R$ 14.9 billion, up 5.6% from the second quarter of 2025.

Bradsaúde, formed by Bradesco early this year to combine its healthcare operations, reported a second-quarter net profit of R$ 1.11 billion, up 24.8% from the previous year. Bradsaúde reached 13.6 million clients at the end of June, comprising 4.1 million health insurance members and 9.5 million dental members, an increase of 6.7%. Its operating result rose 17% to R$ 1.5 billion, while total revenue grew 10.8% to R$ 13.87 billion.
