The data integration into the Blu platform is scheduled for completion in fall 2026.
On 16 September 2026, Roku and Horizon Media announced a strategic partnership to bring Roku TV viewing data into HorizonOS' Blu marketing intelligence platform. The integration gives advertisers access to device-level television viewership metrics to assist with cross-channel planning, targeting, and real-time optimization.
The data integration is underway, with full rollout into the Blu platform scheduled for fall 2026. The move aims to replace traditional panel-based sampling with device-level data across streaming households as connected television ad spending approaches a projected 37.95 billion dollars in 2026 and 248 million viewers by 2027.
Sal Candela, vice president of global agency partnerships at Roku, stated that the alliance connects the Roku Data Cloud with HorizonOS to develop joint planning and activation solutions. Horizon Media manages more than 8.5 billion dollars in media investments and employs over 2,400 people.
