Starbucks Corporation announced on October 7, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from $0.62 to $0.63 per share of common stock. The increase marks the company's sixteenth consecutive annual dividend raise.
The dividend will be paid on November 27, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2026. The new payment level represents an annualized dividend rate of $2.52 per share.
Today's dividend increase reflects our continued confidence and belief that disciplined execution of our Back to Starbucks strategy will drive sustainable long-term growth and value creation.
Starbucks introduced its dividend program in 2010 with an initial quarterly payout of $0.05 per share. Since then, the distribution has expanded at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 17%. The coffee chain currently operates more than 41,000 company-owned and licensed stores worldwide.
