The site is operated entirely with private capital across a 5,000-square-meter property.
YPF is expanding its premium service station network with the opening of its first YPF Black location outside Greater Buenos Aires on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The new station is located in the city of Córdoba, across from the Villa Warcalde bridge in the northwestern area of the provincial capital.
The facility is the first premium station in the network operated entirely by private capital, without equity participation from the state-controlled energy company. The project was developed by Grupo Vespasiani and businessman Guillermo Bollatti.
The project required three years of construction on a 5,000-square-meter site and created more than 30 direct jobs. This launch marks the second YPF Black station in Argentina following the debut of the concept in Nordelta in May.
Fuel prices for gasoline and diesel at the site will remain identical to the rest of the company's network. YPF plans to open additional Black stations in other parts of the country before the end of the year.
