PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk delivers a broad spectrum of financial services and products to both individual consumers and corporate entities. Its operations are structured around three core divisions: Retail Funding, Loan and Export Import, and Treasury. The bank provides diverse deposit options, including fixed-term, savings, and checking accounts. Its lending portfolio features mortgages, unsecured personal loans, working capital facilities, and term installment credit, along with specialized financing for agricultural equipment and machinery investments. Bancassurance products are also part of its offerings. Through its treasury segment, the company manages banknote dealings, general foreign exchange transactions, and trades in securities and fixed-income instruments, in addition to buying and selling foreign currencies. Furthermore, it offers a comprehensive suite of ancillary services, such as bank and shipping guarantees, bank references, payroll services, letters of credit, clearing, domestic and international money transfers and collections, safe deposit boxes, payment and billing solutions, ATM and debit cards, and internet banking. The bank also issues tender, advance payment, and performance bonds. By the end of 2021, the company's network spanned 22 cities across Indonesia, comprising 22 branches, 20 sub-branches, and 50 ATMs. Founded in 1989, the bank's head office is situated in Jakarta, Indonesia, and it functions as a subsidiary of J Trust Co., Ltd.
