The bank maintains an extensive physical presence, supported by a network comprising 31 main branches, 36 sub-branches, and 118 ATMs (72 on premises and 46 off premises). Established in 1973, the company was initially known as PT Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk, changing its name to PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk in July 2005. It is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
