Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, the institution was formerly known as PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk before officially changing its name to PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk in December 2016. It operates as a subsidiary of China Construction Bank Corporation.
