The company will share full results from the CERVINO trial in Glasgow between 23 and 26 September.
On 17 September 2026, AbbVie announced that it will present new research across its multiple myeloma portfolio at the 23rd International Myeloma Society Annual Meeting. The conference will take place from 23 September to 26 September 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland.
A plenary presentation will deliver full results from the Phase 3 CERVINO study evaluating etentamig, a second-generation BCMA x CD3 bispecific T-cell engager. Topline findings showed that the drug met its dual primary endpoints of objective response rate and progression-free survival compared with standard available therapies in adults with triple-class exposed relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
The company will also present data on earlier-stage pipeline candidates, including ABBV-2001, a CD38 x BCMA x CD3 trispecific T-cell engager, and surzetoclax, an investigational BCL-2 small-molecule inhibitor. None of these investigational medicines have received regulatory approval from health authorities.
