ADP nominates David W. Kenny and Nancy McKinstry to board

ADP announced on September 24, 2026, that David W. Kenny and Nancy McKinstry have been nominated to join its board of directors. Stockholders will vote on their election during ADP's annual meeting on November 11, 2026.

David W. Kenny served as executive chairman of Nielsen Holdings plc from 2023 to 2025 and as its chief executive officer from 2018 to 2023. He previously held senior leadership roles at IBM, including Senior Vice President of IBM Watson and IBM Cloud, and served as CEO of The Weather Company and Digitas Inc. He currently serves as chair of the board of Best Buy Co., Inc. and as a director of Flutter Entertainment plc.

Nancy McKinstry served as chief executive officer and chair of the executive board of Wolters Kluwer N.V. from September 2003 until February 2026. She currently sits on the boards of Abbott Laboratories, Accenture plc, and Mondelēz International, Inc., having started her career at Booz & Company.
