Adventus Capital plans to offer long-term trust certificates on September 28, 2026.
Bolsa Mexicana de Valores is preparing for the Mexican stock market's first simplified listing. The transaction will be carried out by Adventus Capital, a multiple purpose financial company (Sofom) linked to former Deputy Finance Minister Fernando Aportela.
Adventus Capital aims to raise MXN 560 million by issuing long-term trust certificates under the ticker CEFI+CB 26 at a price of MXN 100 per certificate. The public offering date is scheduled for September 28, 2026, with the listing taking place on October 1, 2026. Value Casa de Bolsa will act as common representative, while Altor Casa de Bolsa will serve as trustee and placement agent.
The exchange, led by Jorge Alegría, moves ahead of Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA) in launching simplified issuances. This framework was created under the 2023 Securities Market Law reform to help small and medium-sized enterprises access the market faster and at lower costs.
Adventus Capital was founded in January 2020 and joined Grupo Altor a year later. Based in Mexico City and operating in Nayarit, Veracruz, and Puebla, the firm holds a loan portfolio of over MXN 1,200 million with a non-performing loan ratio of 0.0%.
