Banco do Brasil put 75 owned properties up for sale across all regions of the country on October 7, 2026. The move is part of its "Aceita BB" campaign, which allows any buyer to submit purchase proposals without a minimum bid requirement. The bank expects to offer up to 800 real estate assets under this program before the end of the year.

The listings are available through the SeuimóvelBB portal. According to the lender, the platform has negotiated more than 7,000 properties and generated around BRL 1.6 billion in sales since 2021.

Maria Delacir Carbornar, area manager at Banco do Brasil, stated that the initiative is part of the bank's strategy to market real estate assets and expand the visibility of its offerings. She noted that it gives customers greater negotiation flexibility and direct access to opportunities across Brazil.

Interested buyers must submit purchase proposals through the platform, which redirects users to the website of a partner company handling commercialisation. Banco do Brasil evaluates the proposal against internal criteria, and the partner firm finalises the transaction if the bank approves it.
