Cury net sales rise 10.7% to BRL 1.8 billion in Q3

Launches reached BRL 2.12 billion in potential sales as operating cash generation rose 8.8%.

Brazilian homebuilder Cury Construtora e Incorporadora posted net sales of BRL 1.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026, representing a 10.7% increase compared to the same period of 2025. Launches reached BRL 2.12 billion in potential sales value (PSV), an annual rise of 6.9%. The company launched eight projects totaling 6,503 units, with Cury's share accounting for BRL 1.86 billion, or 87.5% of the total. The average price of launched units climbed 12% year over year to BRL 326.5 thousand.

Commercial velocity showed mixed results during the quarter. Gross sales-over-supply (VSO) reached 43.6%, up 0.2 percentage point year over year, while net VSO fell 0.9 percentage point to 39.7%. From January to September 2026, cumulative net sales reached BRL 6.39 billion, up 3.1% compared to the first nine months of 2025. Cumulative net VSO stood at 67.3%, down 2.5 percentage points.

Operating cash generation totaled BRL 253.6 million between July and September, an 8.8% advance from the BRL 233.1 million recorded a year earlier. This marked 30 consecutive quarters of positive cash generation for the company. Across the first nine months of 2026, cash generation totaled BRL 491.8 million, up 35.8% from BRL 362.2 million in the prior-year period.

Cury ended September 2026 with an inventory of 7,956 units valued at BRL 3.10 billion, with work-in-progress homes representing 98% of this value and finished units making up the remaining 2%. Its landbank reached BRL 26.11 billion in potential PSV, an 11.8% rise from the end of the third quarter of 2025, providing capacity for 83,021 units. By location, BRL 20.16 billion of this potential is in São Paulo and BRL 5.95 billion is in Rio de Janeiro.
