The new suite expands its generative AI tool for nearly 3,000 treasury employees.
Bank of America announced on September 28, 2026, the launch of AskGPS Intelligence Hub. The new suite of tools is designed to help Global Payments Solutions staff combine and interpret complex treasury data for client discussions.
The platform builds on AskGPS, an internal generative artificial intelligence solution introduced in 2025 that currently supports nearly 3,000 employees. The bank is releasing three new features in phases: Intelligent Treasury Management Reviews, Digital Account Schematics to map accounts and fund flows, and Enhanced Relationship Insights to identify client needs and potential service gaps.
We are continuously enhancing AskGPS to give our teams smarter, more connected tools that help them deliver greater value to clients. The AskGPS Intelligence Hub builds on our GenAI application with new capabilities that will help employees better understand clients' evolving needs and support their treasury priorities.
The bank stated that the tools operate under its Responsible AI framework, which requires oversight and testing while leaving final decisions and interactions with human employees. AskGPS previously received multiple industry recognitions in 2026, including honors from Treasury Management International, Global Finance, and the Banking Tech Awards USA.
