Bradesco officer buys $1M in shares on Sept. 18

Marcos Valerio Tescarolo, an Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco, bought 57,012 shares of the bank on Sept. 18, 2026. The transaction was disclosed in a Form 4 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Tescarolo purchased the shares at a weighted average price of $17.98 each, representing a total investment of approximately $1.0 million. The purchase expanded his direct stake by 24% and brought his total direct holding to roughly 297,000 shares, with no indirect positions reported. Bradesco stock recorded a 5% one-year return as of the Sept. 18 transaction date, when its market close was $3.43.

Banco Bradesco has a market capitalization of $37.2 billion and approximately 82,095 employees. Tescarolo oversees several divisions at the lender, including Branch Network Management, Customer Service and Operations Management, Prime Platform, Bradesco Consórcios, Banco Bradesco Financiamentos, the Public Sector Department, Bradesco Expresso, and Regional Management for the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul.
