The campaign runs through September 30 for property and vehicle plans with installments cut by up to 50%.
Banco BTG Pactual launched a promotion in September linking its loyalty points program to consortium credit letters for real estate and vehicles. The offer runs through September 30 and applies to plans contracted with partner administrators.
The terms include installment cuts of up to 50% prior to contemplation, alongside discounts on administration fees, waivers on membership fees, and exemptions from early administration charges. The bank framed the offer as an alternative to traditional financing amid Brazil's benchmark Selic interest rate of 14% per year.
According to the 2026 yearbook from the Brazilian Association of Consortium Administrators (ABAC), real estate consortiums originated BRL 283.53 billion in credit in 2025. That marked a 48.4% increase over 2024 and accounted for more than half of the total financial volume across the national consortium system.
To qualify for the points, participants must hold an active individual account and credit card at BTG Pactual with the loyalty program enabled, contract letters through partner managers, and pay the first installment on their BTG card. Points are credited after the fourth installment matures, provided payments remain current. Customers can use points as statement credit, invest them directly within the platform, or transfer them to partners including Livelo, LATAM Pass, Azul Fidelidade, Smiles, and TAP Miles&Go.
