The energy generator confirmed that the transaction complied with Argentine capital markets law and regulatory limits set by the Comisión Nacional de Valores. This framework includes a regulatory cap of 25% of the average daily trading volume recorded over the prior 90 business days.
Central Puerto executed no share repurchases on the New York Stock Exchange on that date, concentrating its repurchase activity entirely in the domestic Argentine market.
