DoorDash launches AI connector for corporate ordering

DoorDash introduced an AI connector for corporate ordering on September 30, 2026. The integration allows companies to link compatible internal AI tools and custom agents to DoorDash, enabling employees to arrange office deliveries directly through their workday workflows.

SpaceXAI, Vercel, Cognition, Tempo, and Mercor are among the early beta partners using the connector. The tool lets AI agents search DoorDash catalogs, build carts, place orders, and track shipments. Uses include Slack bots that collect lunch orders in group threads, automated recurring daily meals using corporate benefits, and automated restocking of office snacks and supplies linked to inventory systems.

The integration runs on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that connects AI applications to external services. Corporate access is managed at the company level, while individual employees log in to their own accounts to authorize agents to act on their behalf.

DoorDash opened a waitlist for the corporate beta on September 30, 2026. The company is also expanding beta access to its command-line interface for individual developers building personal agents.
