Fibra Mty plans to launch a second tender offer to acquire the real estate trust certificates of Fibra Macquarie that it does not already own, as reported on September 21, 2026. Fibra Mty is a real estate investment trust focused on the industrial and office sectors.
The proposed offer includes an exchange ratio of 3.20 Fibra Mty certificates for each Fibra Macquarie certificate. Fibra Mty will pay a price equivalent to that exchange factor, a cash price, or a combination of both for each certificate that participates in the transaction.
Certificate holders can choose an all-cash option equal to 44.00 Mexican pesos per Fibra Macquarie title. The maximum aggregate cash payout Fibra Mty would disburse to investors electing this option is up to MXN 6,533 million.
