Gentera raises 800 million pesos via FinCrementar bond

The three-year debt issuance on the Mexican Stock Exchange saw demand reach 1.65 times the offered amount.

Mexican microfinance firm Gentera announced that its subsidiary FinCrementar raised 800 million Mexican pesos through a three-year bond issuance on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV).

The instrument, trading under the ticker symbol CONCRCB 26S, pays an interest rate equal to the overnight interbank funding rate (TIIE de Fondeo) plus 225 basis points. Investor demand reached 1.65 times the placed amount.

The issue received a credit rating of mxAAA (sf) from S&P Global Ratings and HR AAA (E) from HR Ratings.
