Hims & Hers names medical chiefs for the UK and Australia

Hims & Hers Health announced on October 1, 2026, the appointment of two clinical executives to its global medical leadership team. Dr. Kultar Garcha will serve as Chief Medical Officer of the UK and EMEA, while Dr. Matt Vickers becomes Chief Medical Officer of Hims Australia. The team is led by Global Chief Medical Officer Dr. Pat Carroll.

The company stated that the two doctors bring nearly 30 years of combined experience working in public healthcare systems and treating patients. Dr. Carroll noted that their background in regulatory environments and direct patient care will support the platform's international growth strategy.

Dr. Garcha has over 20 years of experience across public and private health systems, including clinical leadership roles at Flow Neuroscience and Babylon Health, and nearly 15 years as an NHS general practitioner. He also serves on the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence Quality Standards Advisory Committee in England. Dr. Vickers has more than a decade of experience in family medical practice and led health-tech efforts at Eucalyptus since 2019.

Both executives join Dr. Sandy Van, who has served as Chief Medical Officer of Hims & Hers Canada since December 2025, as part of the company's international medical leadership.
