Unifique names Adriano Struck as chief operating officer

The board unanimously approved the appointment of the 21-year company veteran.

Brazilian telecommunications provider Unifique elected Adriano Struck to the statutory position of chief operating officer, with his term beginning on Thursday, October 1. The company's board of directors approved the appointment unanimously in a meeting held on September 30, and disclosed the decision to the market on October 1.

Struck has been with Unifique for more than 21 years and served as network manager since January 2013. He holds a degree in Information Technology Management from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

In his new role, Struck will oversee operations to ensure service availability, quality, and continuity. His responsibilities include managing operational capacity, structuring resources and investments according to growth plans, cutting costs, and managing budgets, operating expenses, and strategic contracts. He will also oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and contingency planning.

Following the appointment, Unifique's statutory executive board consists of CEO Fabiano Busnardo, CFO and Investor Relations Director Luiz Bogo Junior, Marketing and Customer Director Aldo Júnior Pasqualini, People and Culture Director Cátia Carla Caliari, Innovation and Digital Transformation Director Gabriel Assis Amâncio, and Struck as COO.
