JHSF is expanding its ultra-luxury Fazenda Boa Vista complex in Porto Feliz, in the state of São Paulo. The company will launch the Boa Vista Estates development with an estimated potential sales value of R$ 3 billion.
The project covers an area of 7 million square meters integrated into the complex. It features 250 plots ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 square meters, with an average price of R$ 12 million per plot.
Amenities include an 18-hole golf course designed by former champion and entrepreneur Greg Norman, a helipad, a spa, tennis and pickleball courts, running tracks, and bike paths. The site also includes an equestrian center with an arena, an international-standard polo field, and a clubhouse. The private launch for clients and guests takes place on Saturday, September 26, featuring a concert by Canadian singer Shania Twain.
Located about 100 kilometers from São Paulo along the Castello Branco highway, Fazenda Boa Vista began development 19 years ago. In August, JHSF also initiated the Fazenda Santa Helena project in Bragança Paulista, covering 6 million square meters with about 400 properties and R$ 7 billion in estimated sales.
