The transaction lifts JHSF Capital assets under management to BRL 12.7 billion.
JHSF Capital, a subsidiary of JHSF Participações, completed a public offering of quotas for its credit rights investment fund, JHSF Capital Recebíveis Imobiliários. The transaction raised a total of BRL 700 million.
The offering consisted of 700,000 quotas priced at BRL 1,000 each. It targeted professional investors under Articles 11 and 13 of CVM Resolution No. 30. Filing, registration approval by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and the launch took place on Wednesday, September 23, according to B3 and CVM documents.
Bradesco BBI served as lead coordinator, while i2a and Mattos Filho acted as legal advisors. The fund has a seven-year term and invests in credit rights backed by receivables from high-income real estate developments built by JHSF.
With the closing of the offer, funds managed by JHSF Capital reached BRL 12.7 billion in assets under management.
